Description

This easy Air Fryer 7-Up Cake is moist, light, and bursting with lemon-lime flavor — and it's made with just 5 simple ingredients and a box of yellow cake mix. Baked in a Bundt pan, it comes out perfectly tender every time, no oven required.

Ingredients

  • 15.25 ounces yellow cake mix, 1 box
  • 4 ounces instant lemon pudding mix
  • ¾ cup 7-Up soda
  • 4 large eggs
  • ¾ cup vegetable oil

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, instant lemon pudding, 7-Up, eggs, and vegetable oil. Beat until smooth, scraping down the sides so everything is fully incorporated.
  • Generously spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray, getting into all the grooves. Pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Set the pan into the air fryer and bake at 320°F for 20–25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Tent with foil if the top browns too quickly.
  • Let the cake cool in the pan for 10–15 minutes, then invert onto a wire rack to cool completely before glazing or serving.

Equipment

Notes

  • Every air fryer runs differently — start checking at 20 minutes and use the toothpick test as your guide.
  • For an oven version, bake at 350°F for 30–35 minutes.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 5 days, or freeze (unglazed) for up to 3 months.
  • Swap in Sprite or any clear lemon-lime soda if you don't have 7-Up.
