Ingredients
2salmon fillets, about 5 ounces each
4tablespoonshoney
3tablespoonsfresh lemon juice
1teaspoongarlic, minced
1teaspoonsoy sauce, or tamari/coconut aminos for gluten-free
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoonsalt, to taste
1/2teaspoonblack pepper, to taste
1lemon, cut into wedges for serving
Fresh dill or parsley, for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Make the glaze: Whisk together the honey, lemon juice, minced garlic, and soy sauce. Warm the honey slightly if it's too thick to mix.
Season: Brush the salmon fillets with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
Marinate: Spoon the glaze over the fillets and let sit 15–30 minutes (no longer).
Preheat: Heat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Air fry: Place fillets in a single layer in the basket without crowding. Cook 7–10 minutes depending on thickness. No flipping needed.
Check: Salmon is done at 145°F (63°C) and when it flakes easily.
