Ingredients
10slicesbacon, cooked and crumbled
8ouncescream cheese, room temperature
1/3cupmayonnaise
1/3cupsour cream
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
1teaspoonchili powder
2small jalapeño peppers, seeded and minced
3cupsshredded Mexican blend cheese
Optional topping:
1/3cuppanko breadcrumbs
1tablespoonbutter, melted
Optional garnishes:
sliced scallions
jalapeño rings
reserved crumbled bacon
Instructions
In a large bowl, beat the cream cheese, mayonnaise, and sour cream together until completely smooth.
Stir in the garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, minced jalapeños, shredded cheese, and most of the bacon, reserving a little for garnish.
Spread into a small oven-safe dish that fits your air fryer basket with an inch of clearance. Smooth the top. If using the topping, toss the panko with melted butter and scatter it over the surface.
Air fry at 330°F for 8 to 10 minutes, until bubbling at the edges and golden on top. No preheating needed.
Rest 5 minutes. Garnish with scallions, jalapeño rings, and reserved bacon. Serve warm.
