In a large bowl, whisk together the honey, sugar, eggs, heavy cream, and melted butter until smooth.
Stir in the cream-style corn, drained whole kernel corn, and Jiffy mix until just combined. Fold in cheddar now, if using.
Grease a 7–8 inch pan that fits your air fryer basket, pour in the batter, and cover loosely with foil.
Air fry at 320°F. Begin checking at 35 minutes, then continue in 5-minute increments until the center is set with a slight jiggle and a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs — about 40–55 minutes total. Uncover for the last 5 minutes for a golden top.
Rest 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm.
