This is one of the best and easiest dinners you can make in the air fryer. Tender, flaky Air Fryer Lemon Dijon Salmon comes together in 20 minutes with just five main ingredients and a bright lemon-garlic-Dijon glaze.
Ingredients
2salmon fillets, about 5–8 ounces each
1tablespoonolive oil, or room-temperature butter
1tablespoonDijon mustard
1tablespoonminced garlic, or to taste
2tablespoonslemon juice
½teaspoonground thyme, or parsley
1teaspoonkosher salt
½teaspoonblack pepper
1lemon, cut into wedges, for serving
Instructions
In a small mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, garlic, Dijon mustard, lemon juice, and thyme.
Spread about half of the mixture over the salmon fillets and season with salt and pepper.
Lightly spray your air fryer basket or tray, then place the salmon skin-side down inside.
Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 5 to 7 minutes, until the salmon reaches an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).
Spread the remaining sauce over the salmon and garnish with lemon slices or wedges.
