Ingredients
16ouncesmeatballs, thawed
16.3ouncesrefrigerated buttermilk biscuits, 1 can
14ouncesmarinara sauce
½cupshredded mozzarella cheese
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 320°F for 3 minutes. Grease a 7- or 8-inch oven-safe pan that fits your air fryer basket.
Cut each biscuit into 6 to 8 pieces, about 1 inch each.
In a large bowl, toss the biscuit pieces, thawed meatballs, and marinara sauce until evenly coated.
Transfer to the greased pan and spread into an even layer.
Air fry at 320°F for 12 to 16 minutes, checking at 10 minutes. The biscuits should be puffed and set with no wet dough in the center. Tent with foil if the top browns too quickly.
Sprinkle the mozzarella over the top and air fry 1 to 2 more minutes, until melted.
