4pork chops, bone-in or boneless, about ¾–1 inch thick
2tablespoonsdry ranch seasoning mix, about ⅔ of a 1-ounce packet
1tablespoonolive oil
1teaspoongarlic powder
½teaspoonblack pepper
Kosher salt, optional and to taste (ranch mix is already salty)
Instructions
Pat the pork chops dry on both sides with paper towels to remove surface moisture.
In a small bowl, stir together the dry ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Brush both sides of each chop lightly with olive oil, then sprinkle the seasoning evenly over both sides, pressing gently so it adheres.
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for 3–5 minutes.
Place the chops in the basket in a single layer, leaving space between them. Cook at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and the internal temperature reaches 145°F at the thickest point.
Transfer to a plate, tent loosely, and rest 3–5 minutes before serving.
