Air Fryer Sausage, Bacon, and Egg Sandwich is a hearty, protein-packed breakfast loaded with crispy bacon, savory sausage, fluffy scrambled eggs, and melty cheese on buttery toasted bread.
Ingredients
1cupscrambled eggs
1cooked sausage patty
2slicescooked bacon
2slicesAmerican cheese
2slicesbread
Butter, for spreading
Instructions
Cook the proteins. Cook the sausage patty and bacon until fully cooked, either in the air fryer at 400 degrees F for 8 to 10 minutes, or in a skillet on the stovetop.
Scramble the eggs. In a skillet over medium heat, scramble the eggs until just set, then remove from heat.
Build the sandwich. Butter the outside of both slices of bread. Place the bottom slice on a trivet or piece of parchment paper, then layer with one slice of cheese, the sausage patty, the scrambled eggs, the second slice of cheese, and the bacon. Top with the second slice of bread, buttered side up.
Air fry. Place the sandwich in the air fryer and cook at 350 degrees F for 5 minutes. Flip carefully and air fry another 2 minutes, until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
