Tender, flaky wild-caught sockeye salmon cooked in the air fryer in about 10 minutes, finished with fresh lemon and dill. An easy, healthy, weeknight-fast dinner that's special enough for company.
Ingredients
2sockeye salmon fillets, about 6 ounces each
1tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonlemon juice
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
Kosher salt and black pepper, to taste
Fresh dill, for garnish
Lemon wedges, for serving (optional)
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Pat the salmon fillets dry with paper towels.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Brush over both sides of the fillets.
Place the fillets skin-side down in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 7–10 minutes, until the salmon flakes easily with a fork.
Confirm an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C) at the thickest part with a meat thermometer.
Let the salmon rest a few minutes. Garnish with fresh dill and serve with lemon wedges.
