Description

Air Fryer Cinnamon Roll Baked Oatmeal is a warm, cozy breakfast with sweet cinnamon-roll flavor and hearty oats — ready in just 15 minutes.

Ingredients

Baked Oatmeal

  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • ¼ cup brown sugar, or coconut sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¾ cup milk, any type
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Cinnamon Swirl

  • 3 tablespoons almond butter, or regular butter
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon hot water

Topping

  • 2 tablespoons Greek yogurt
  • cup pecans, diced

Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, stir together the rolled oats, brown sugar, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Mix in the milk, egg, and vanilla just until combined.
  • Divide the mixture evenly among 3 ramekins. Air fry at 320°F (160°C) for 8–10 minutes, until the tops are golden. Let cool 5 minutes before topping.
  • Make the swirl: whisk the almond butter, maple syrup, cinnamon, and hot water until smooth. Transfer to a squeeze bottle and swirl over each ramekin.
  • Add a swirl of Greek yogurt, then top with chopped pecans. Serve warm.

Equipment

  • Make it vegan: flax egg + plant-based milk and yogurt.
  • Make it gluten-free: use certified gluten-free rolled oats.
  • Storage: airtight in the fridge 4–5 days, or freeze up to 3 months.
