Description

Make a thick, creamy Copycat Sonic Oreo Cheesecake Milkshake right in your Ninja Creami — no 24-hour freeze needed. Vanilla ice cream, cheesecake filling, crushed Oreos, and graham crackers come together in about 10 minutes for a drive-thru-worthy treat at home.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, store-bought
  • ½ cup cheesecake filling, store-bought or homemade
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • ½ cup crushed Oreos, about 6–8 Oreos
  • ¼ cup crushed graham crackers
  • Whipped cream, optional, for topping
  • Extra crushed Oreos and graham cracker crumbs, for garnish

Instructions

  • Prepare the milkshake base: In the Ninja Creami pint container, add the vanilla ice cream, cheesecake filling, and whole milk. Stay below the MAX FILL line.
  • Mix the ingredients: Stir the ice cream, cheesecake filling, and milk together until fully combined and smooth.
  • Add the crushed Oreos: Gently fold in the crushed Oreos and crushed graham crackers so they are evenly distributed throughout the milkshake base.
  • Process in the Ninja Creami: Place the pint container into the Ninja Creami machine and select the "Milkshake" setting. Let the machine blend everything smoothly.
  • Serve: Pour the milkshake into a glass. Top with whipped cream, extra crushed Oreos, and graham cracker crumbs for a true cheesecake vibe.

Equipment

  • Ninja Creami or Ninja Creami Deluxe
  • Ninja Creami Pint Container with Lid
  • Zip-top bag and rolling pin
  • Tall milkshake glass

Notes

  • Keep the ice cream frozen solid until the moment you scoop it — soft ice cream makes a thin shake.
  • Never fill the pint above the MAX FILL line; the paddle needs headroom.
  • Too thick? Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time and re-spin on Milkshake.
  • Too thin? Refreeze the pint 20 minutes and re-spin.
  • Crush the Oreos by hand for the best texture — a food processor turns them to powder.
  • No cheesecake filling? Whip 3 tablespoons softened cream cheese with 2 tablespoons powdered sugar and a splash of milk.
  • No Milkshake setting on your model? Use Smoothie instead.
