Description

Make sizzling Ninja Foodi chicken fajitas in just 35 minutes. Juicy seasoned chicken cooks alongside tender bell peppers and onions using the Air Crisp function for a fast, flavorful Tex-Mex weeknight dinner.

Ingredients 

  • 1 pound chicken breast, thinly sliced
  • 2 bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons fajita seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Tortillas, for serving

Optional toppings: shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, fresh cilantro

Instructions

  • Thinly slice the chicken breast, bell peppers, and onion.
  • In a bowl, toss the sliced chicken and vegetables with the fajita seasoning, lime juice, and olive oil until well coated.
  • Preheat the Ninja Foodi using the Air Crisp function to 375°F (190°C) for a few minutes. (was "Ninja Air Fryer")

  • Remove the chicken fajitas from the Ninja Foodi.
  • Serve hot in warm tortillas with your favorite toppings such as shredded cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, and fresh cilantro.
