Ingredients
3large sweet potatoes, peeled
2teaspoonsolive oil
1teaspoonsalt
½teaspoonblack pepper
1teaspoongarlic powder
1teaspoononion powder
2teaspoonsdried rosemary
Instructions
Line the air fryer basket or tray with parchment paper and spray lightly with cooking spray.
Peel the sweet potatoes and slice into ¼-inch thick rounds.
If using a cookie cutter, press each round into a pumpkin shape.
Carve faces into each round with a small, thin-bladed paring knife. Push cut pieces out slowly to avoid tearing the details.
Arrange the rounds on the parchment in a single layer. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
Air fry at 380°F for 10 to 12 minutes, until golden at the edges. Flip halfway if your air fryer browns unevenly.
