In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef and red onion until browned, 6 to 8 minutes. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Drain and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook the bacon until crisp. Drain on paper towels, then crumble.
In a small bowl, whisk together the ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and dill relish.
Preheat the air fryer to 330°F for 3 to 5 minutes. Grease a pizza pan and press the dough into it.
Par-bake the crust for 4 to 6 minutes, until dry and lightly golden.
Spread the sauce over the crust. Add half the cheddar, then the beef and bacon, then the remaining cheddar.
Air fry at 330°F for 6 to 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
Rest 2 to 3 minutes, top with cold pickle slices, slice, and serve.
