Description

Easy Air Fryer Strawberry Donuts made with fresh strawberries and a sweet strawberry glaze. Light, fluffy, and ready in under 40 minutes — the perfect no-yeast breakfast or brunch treat.

Ingredients 

Strawberry Donuts

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 large egg
  • 1/3 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries, diced

Strawberry Glaze

  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons fresh strawberry puree, or milk

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, salt, baking soda, and ground cinnamon.
  • Add the milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla. Beat until well combined and smooth.
  • Gently fold in the diced fresh strawberries until evenly distributed.
  • Spray your donut molds with oil, coating the sides well. Scoop the batter into the molds, filling each about two-thirds full.
  • Place the pan in the air fryer and cook at 320°F for 10–15 minutes, until golden and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  • Let the donuts cool slightly while you make the glaze.
  • For the glaze, whisk the powdered sugar with the strawberry puree (or milk) in a small bowl until smooth.
  • Glaze the slightly warm donuts, then plate, serve, and enjoy.

  • Frozen strawberries work — thaw and drain well first.
  • For neat donuts, pipe the batter into the molds.
  • Donuts are best fresh; store airtight at room temp up to 2 days.
